New Ebay Seller - Paypal holding money?

I'm a somewhat new seller on Ebay and I'm selling a few college textbooks. I read somewhere that Ebay/Paypal keeps the money until the buyer confirms shipment or leaves feedback if you have under a certain amount of feedback. Does anyone know how much feedback you need to get the payments right away? I think it's 10, but I'm not sure.

They only hold payments for 21 days, or until the buyer leaves positive feedback.  If your buyers get their items in a week, you could have your money in a week.  Simple.

You just have to be patient and sooner or later the Paypal holds will stop.
