New Environment-friendly technology?

I have a project to propose a business plan that's environment friendly. The idea doesn't have to be technologically-possible (yet), nor requires high technology. It just has to be fresh. I welcome any ideas. Thank you.

Grow hemp for fiber to use in making clothing and building materials.  Hemp takes carbon dioxide from the air to grow and produces oxygen for us to breathe.  The fibers recycle, making good fertilizer.  It is much more environmentally friendly than cotton.

And it smells fresh.

Oh, you want really fresh... okay, how about hooking all those exercise machines at the gymn up to electric generators?  All those people can crank out electricity while working off the pounds.  You can bill it as a double benefit - healthy body, healthy Earth, that sort of thing.
