New Fridge Water Dispenser (Inside Fridge) Stopped...

Question

Water dispenser stopped working inside 1 week old Dacor EF36 CD French Door Fridge. One place in manual mentions the possibility that the 'lock switch' is on. There is no lock switch shown in diagram nor anywhere else in manual, as far as we can tell. Help, Please!(We are on hold with Dacor Customer Service right now)
