New GI bill?

Someone told that there is a law being passed for the gi bill. its basicly, the gi bill will pay for your entire college and books (no matter whatt college) is this true

yepp yepp its true my bf is in the navy and they wil give you s full amount of a tuition up front instead of just some money a month its sweeet!!!
