New Goalie pad toe tie on system ?

Question

Has anyone seen a web site offereing a alternative way to tie on goalie pads ? I seen it once but can not find it again > Instead of using the standard skate lace to tie on your pads they use like kinda a bungy cord system . You put it on the toe bridge but instead of interlacing then tieing it on top of the skate it has like two hooks you jsut hook to the skate laces .

Any help would be much appreciated
