New Hamsters?'s ??????????

Question

Okay so today i got new hamsters and they arn't used to having the tube up and down yet. How can i speed up the process of getting them used to the tube? Also they keep hiding behind the wheel. I have an igloo for them but they won't use it

notice the water bottle. it is VERY cheap and i'm not sure they can get any water out of it. so what can i use as a substitue until i get a new one? thanks

i use to have 2 girl teddy bear hamsters and they like to be with other hamsters yes they will hide until they get use to you...and you also can use water bowls like small ones... hamsters don't really use houses that much cause the like to snuggle and be in tight places.

The cage you have will be fine it should just take a few more days before they start to venture out and explore their cage, they should find it  but I would recomend getting the other one a seperate cage when they are adults or you could have a dead hamster.

Lower the wheel. And they will figure out how thw tubes work eventually. It takes some getting used to for them >.<

maybe you have to much stuff inside of the cage. just give the tube time. water bottle just put it up higher or get a new one asp
