What is the fastest and least expensive travel from here to there, round trip?? Anyone made this trip??

I-95 South to I-64 West to U.S. 29.  Distance is 495 miles one way.

I drive from CT to TN a lot. Driving to Lynchburg would be best. We take I-84 to I-81, you'll get to Lynchburg, Va in about 8 hours and is less than 500 miles. If you take I- 95, you'll have a lot of traffic and pay a lot of tolls. I-84 and I-81 have no tolls.
