New Ideas for Yummy Vegan Options!?

Hey I need some new ideas on some tasty vegan meals! I have a few staples, but I need some more creative options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank You in advance everyone! :)

  1. They call this a "vegetarian starter kit" but even if you've been vegan for a while they have great meals in it! (They call vegetarians vegan on this site, you know-you can have no dairy products, meat, fish, shellfish, etc). So anyway order this (I have, it's awesome).   2. Some of my favorites:

    ~BLT~

    I use "Smart Bacon" brand. Make sure you keep the bacon slices in the frying pan until they're really crispy, or they will taste bad.

    Toast bread, then spread Vegenaise mayo on it. Add the veggie bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices.

    ~Grilled Cheese~

    Toast some bread. Melt soy cheese (Follow Your Heart is my favorite) in the microwave. Pour melted cheese onto toasted bread.

    ~Fried Chicken~

    I use Morningstar Meal Starters Chik'n Strips for the fake chicken.

    ~Tofu Scramble~

    Supposed to be a breakfast dish, but it's good any time of day.

    1 box Mori-Nu silken firm tofu

    1/8 tsp. turmeric

    1 tsp. onion powder

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 cup or more of your favorite veggies, such as broccoli, fresh mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, or bell peppers.

    Put the tofu in a lightly oiled sauté pan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and the tofu is heated through.

    P.S. My dad is a meat-eater, but he tried my tofu scramble and liked it so much that he makes it for himself now!

  3. If as some suggest tofu as a food, that alone would put me off becoming a vegetarian. I know what it is, I know the benefits to vegetarians but it's not what I consider tasty in any shape or form.
