I am new Immigrant to Adelaide SA, and I am seeking a help from locals how can advice me to a quiet region in the city that I may find a medium cost house rent where the services are available nearby.

You may consider living in the western, south-western or inner southern suburbs, these suburbs are relatively close to the city and like most Adelaide suburbs are fairly close to basic facilities, you should find medium cost housing in these areas. Most Adelaide suburbs also fairly quiet, though you may want to avoid living on a major busy road.
