New Impulse - True Love?

Question

The new fragrance from Impulse (True Love) Claims to 'inspire guys to do romantic gestures'. Can a scent - and in particular - this one really do things like that, or is it just a sales line?

I think it is a sales line because a person who is selfish and a user will never be turned into a romantic because of a scent.  I remember pheromone perfumes when I was a young teen in the 70's.  I have seen ugly people (sorry) spray it on them because it advertised as a natural way to get others to find you sexually attractive.  It was based on the pheromones from animals in heat.  The moral of this story is to show that the P.T. Barnum was right when he said that there is a sucker born every minute.

scent can trigger human's emotions.. some scent will make you feel romantic, some scent will make you feel sexual, etc... I haven't smelled this fragrance yet, but Victoria Secret had a line like this very long time ago as well..
