New Keurig B140 will not pump or prime

Question

Got a new B140 and when you try to prime it vibrates like a cat in a clothes dryer but does not draw in any water. Appears the pump has no suction. Anyone got any ideas? I'm going to try and figure out how to get into the guts of the machine now to see if I can find a line loose
