New Millenium Falcon?

Should i buy the new Millenium Falcon? And how much does it cost? And where can i buy it? Plus what do you think of it?

I like it, it is far more detailed, and a good bit larger than the original.

Mine was $149.  Most places that sell toys should have it, but it is selling out right now.
