New Nike Track Spikes?

What are the new Nike track spikes all these athletes have been wearing lately? They are neon green (mostly being worn by mid-distance/distance runners). Just wondering. Thanks.

The Nike Zoom Victory. They come out October 1st and are the lightest track spike ever at around 92 grams. The whole entire upper is made out of flywire (super strength polymer) and it has a hole in the heel counter.
