to answer the questions of the journalists following his unveiling.
PSG have reportedly paid http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan 11.5 million Euros for the services of the former Barcelona player. For months, Les Parisiens had been hotly linked with a move for the Italo-Brazilian player.
Claudio Ranieri was keen on keeping hold of the versatile midfielder but in the end, Inter could not resist PSG’s offer for the player and were forced to find a replacement.
A few hours before the transfer window had finished, Leonardo had ruled out a move for the midfielder. However, that turned out to be just a decoy as PSG ultimately swooped in to sign a player who was also keen to join the club.
While talking about his reasons for leaving Inter Milan, Motta said that he felt it was time for him to try his luck elsewhere as he believes he has achieved everything with the San Siro giants. Furthermore, Motta said that felt wanted at the cub and wants
to do something important for PSG.
Motta also revealed that he already knew a few players at the club like Nene, Alex and Sirigu which made his decision much easier. Motta is also confident that he will adapt to the new surroundings quickly.
“I’ll do what I always did, I can tell my qualities and faults, but I’ll try to give my best to help my team. The important thing is to play. If I always play, the coach will see that I’m ready and fit. I hope to convince him and do well in Euro,” said Motta
while talking about his chances of playing for Italy in the upcoming European Championships,
Italian national team coach Cesare Prandelli is already happy for Motta for joining the club along with former Inter Milan manager Gasperini.
