Question:

New Pixma MX700 Canon printer won't print colors correctly. ?

Followed all instructions, done all troubleshooting, checked nozzles, did the alignments, nothing works! I'm printing a photo that I know the colors are vibrant because I had printed it with an Epson Photo RX620; but the Canon colors look sickly and washed out compared to Epson. Bought Canon because ink is more economical but the difference in color is HUGE, it's just not acceptable! I even made sure I used Canon photo paper, but still the results were disastrous....

Does anyone have this printer? Any Advice??? Can anyone tell me why the Canon is not printing the photo as it is in the Print Preview?!?

thanks!

  1. The paper is just as important to a beautiful photo as the ink.

Have you tried printing them on a high brightness canon photo paper?
