Is the release date in the UK for Appeal to Reason the same as the USA (7th Oct)?

And when they tour the UK will it be with Alkaline Trio like in the USA?

It will be released on October 7th in the UK.  As far as the shows go, only they know.  Only 29 shows and dates have been released, all for shows in the US and Canada
