New Rock Boots - Problems? Do fedex deliver late?

I ordered NewRock boots from www.newrocks.co.uk on Weds 6th August. They said 3 - 7 days which they said takes effect from the 8th August and that the boots are coming from Spain by Fedex. It's day 7 and still no boots. Do Fedex deliver after 3pm? Anyone else had these problems?

I'm pretty sure that Fedex delivers up to like 9pm at times for residential areas, but don't quote me on that :]. I wouldn't say it's abnormal for packages to be delivered past 3 pm.
