  1. Definitely start slow...walks with some running and build up...otherwise you will probably end up hating running and increase your chances of getting an injury.  A good site is Active.com, it has got a whole section for beginners from shoes to training to schedules etc.  Personally I don't like to eat a whole lot for a few hours before I run to avoid cramps but a lot of people say some light food with some carbs is good...that one is up to you.  also I would find a 5k race in your area like 8+ weeks from now and make that your goal to be able to finish that in under 35 minutes or whatever time you pick...or to just finish at all is good! If you are interested in this here is a good schedule I followed but I would recommend getting used to running a bit before starting because it will throw you right in with running like a quarter of a mile the first week which could be hard if you don't run a lot/at all.  Here's the site:

    Good luck!

  2. I took up running when my second son was 5 months and it did help lose that baby weight and saved my sanity as it got me out of the house alone.

If you live in Canada I suggest you find your local Running Room and start there. They have great clinics but you can also show up for their free runs on Wednesdays and Sundays. I took their Women's Only Learn to Run when I was starting. We started very slow Run 3 minutes then Walk 1 minute for 20 minutes. We worked up to Running 10 mins and then walking 1 minute which is what they recommend for all of their long distance running from the 5 k to the full marathon.

Go to a good running store to be fitted for shoes. They can help assess your stride to determine how much you pronate and what type of shoe you require. I personally run in a Mizuno Wave Rider and love them (but they aren't cheap)

Runner's World Magazine is a great source for information about running and appeals to runners of all levels

  3. Hello dear nice to read you,

If you want a update you come to email is good, for details advice,

If your health is normal and good, you just start earlly morning 20-30 min. walk and slow run and every day in evening 30 to 40 min. maximum. this is the time for run.

About eating is very big question. if you come on line.  its good. Without  good and healthy food you can not come runner., This food can not make you fat and you are come be slim.  for just start running you need to eat high fiber foods like every day one banana, Lettuce, broccoli. and little penuts like fried. this penusts make you slim and s**y. this food you can take normal with meal. not carry with running or eating.

Avoid eat milk on running time.
