I've recently progressed in my running time. In an hour I used to run only 5 miles, but now in the same time I can run 7.1 miles. I am new to running is that a good enough improvement for now? I was kind of side-tracked with a bum knee for a month or so. My first mile or two I can usually get them done in 8:40 to 9:40 mins.
