New Super Walmart in Maryland?

Does anyone know if the new SuperWalmart that is opening on Washington Blvd in Halethorpe MD do you know if there will also be a Sam's Club also?

I drove past the construction site today - the Super Wal-Mart will probably be open by the holiday season or early next year.  There does not appear to be a Sam's Club under construction at this time but there are likely to be a number of satellite shops supporting the expected traffic flow to this Wal-Mart.
