New TV studio in NYC in two years?

I have started looking at colleges, and have looked into NYU. I talked to the guy at the drama department and he said there will be a huge tv studio in Manhattan in 2 years. I am a tv/film actor so I am very interested to know about it. I will be a freshman so will be there hopefully in fall 2012. Does anyone know anything about this huge studio? The NYU guy sounded like it was a big deal. He didn't give much detail, just said what I am telling you. Is there a website about it, and any other info that you know or you have heard. Thanks!

You are a freshman in high school, you're not "looking at colleges".  And wanting to be a tv/film actor is very, very different from actually BEING a tv/film actor.

"The guy in the drama department" you spoke to might have been the janitor.
