Question:

New Warmrails Towel Warmer Stopped heating

I purchased a Warmrails towel warmer (#BE6-S) on 12/04/08. It worked for approximately 2 weeks. It failed to heat when it was turned on this morning. The towel warmer was plugged in and the light on the unit was on.
