New Xbox 360 warranty help?

I know I'm going to sound like an idiot, so I'm apologizing in advance....

How do you get an xbox 350 warranty?

It is true that you get a warranty when you buy the console,although if you still have not purchased the console I suggest getting an extended warranty from the store. By purchasing an extended warranty at the store there is a chance that they might give you a new one. Speaking from personal experience

This is how it works. When you buy the console there is an automatic 1 year warranty from date of purchase for all hardware issues. Then there is a 3 year warranty from date of purchase warranty for the three flashing lights ONLY.

You could buy an extended 3 yr warranty from MS to cover all issues rather than just the 3RROD.

when you buy it it already comes with 1 year warrenty. but recently they have added and extra 2 years onto it because of the red light problem.

well  theres no warranty for a 350  but there is one for the 360 lol

but no   there no papers when u buy it from store they scan it and microsoft active your warranty . and the first time u call for something thats when u fill out stuff  just a quick  phone number adress bla
