New Yahoo Group Owner - poll question?

I made a poll at

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/authoring-strategies/

When a member tried to do the poll, he claims only the Moderator can do the poll.

What did I do wrong?

Where do I change the setting so members can do the poll?

I don't know if there is one. Delete the poll you made and try making it again.
