New Yankee reliever?

i'm so exited because the new yankee reliever Alfredo Aceves is my cousin. i watched him today. i thought he was pretty good. what do you guys think? does he have a bright future?

Too bad he plays for such a bad team. If he's lucky he will be traded.

Congrats. I might of saw him pitch in the minor leagues since I have a summer home there. I hope he does have a bright future.

I know how you feel. My dad's cousin was also a major league pitcher. Actually minor league pitcher (AAA Twins farm team), but got injured and had to call it quits. Now he is a teacher and baseball coach.

he seem like he wasn't nervous in the big stage so he just got 2 be focus and maybe he can have a permanent spot in the yankees roster.

I'll tell you he was awesome. When he struck out David Eckstein versus the blue jays for the last out of the inning Eckstein flinched becuz a curveball was coming at him then went into the strike zone. thats amazing, he was very good, but this year if the yanks make the playoffs (god willing) theyre probably not gonna need him.
