New Year New Slate(:?

Another new grade and another new clean slate to be something new, school is starting and I want to make this a clean start. I was kind of quiet last year because I just wanted to get middle school over it, I was sick of it. But now I'm ready for High School, and I love it already. I have a lot of friends because I'm a floater, I don't stick with one group of friends I'm just kind to everyone no matter what they are. I'm in cross country and I'm doing a lot of stuff with theater this year. I want to be very positive this year and I'm going to update my hair this weekend and do a little shopping. I was wondering if there was any advice or suggestions that anyone wanted to share about starting the year off on a good start. I know it's important to get involved in High School, so I'm joining a lot of clubs also.

Oh, I am looking for some makeup ideas (pics would be sweeeeet)

Thanks(:

  1. Just continue to be outgoing and positive - if you show your inner confidence, more people are drawn to want to be associated with you - which is not the same as just being popular.  Being liked is about just being likable - more lasting than popularity.  So try to stay out of the drama that will develop over the year - tell people who are fighting that you don't want to join in and they can hang out with you once they resolve their differences.

Hmmm - makeup tips in Fitness Magazine are always good for athletic lifestyles: use lighter and sparser makeup and blot or chill your skin when needed (rinse with cool water after working out).  Keep some neutral powder handy if you continue to sweat into classes after running, too.
