New York, Paris or London?

Question

i want to do a student exchange overseas. I want to either go to New York, Paris or London.

They all cost around same in price but i love all of them. I can speak french so that isn't a problem.

Where would you go and why??

if i spoke french, then paris.  if not, london. and lastly i would choose NY. not that i wouldnt enjoy NY, but i would prefer to get to a new country and i live in the US

Paris and London are only two hours away from each other on the train, so you can easily visit London whilst in Paris and vice versa.

The distance between London and Paris is 212 miles.

By going to Paris or London, you will be able to easily see two of the three cities you have mentioned.
