New York City High School System?

Question

If I move to New York in December, is it possible to finish my classes there without going to summer school and get full credit? I know that will be kind of in the middle of the year, but I will only need a senior lit. class and physics and maybe two electives.

Can someone who went/attends a New York City High school please tell me if that is possible??

im not in hs but my mom used to work in the school system and im pretty sure if you have enough credit from your old school you should be able to graduate
