New York City Summons for open container?

i got an open container summons in New york city like 2 years ago, i was painting my room and found it recently and now i'm worried because wen i called the court they said i have an arrest warrant issued on me, i got it wen i was about 16, now i'm 18 so wat should i do now, i'm really confused if i go to court i have a chance of getting arrested so i really dont know what to do

You should get in touch with the D.A. and explain the situation.  Chances are it will be dismissed.

Don't get pulled in the next day or so.

Expect A LOT of red tape, as I'm sure they are backlogged with this kind of thing.
