I'm a die hard Mets fan and I've been with them since the beginning of the season.  The only teams who are better than the Mets in the NL are the Cubbies and the Brewers, besides them I think we can beat anyone.  I hope we stay in first place for the long haul but I know this lead with go back and forth btw. the Mets and Phils until the last week of the season.

I think they are for real now.I think Jose Reyes has stepped up and has shown he has the leadership qualities this team needed when they were with Willie Randolph.

Just look:the Mets are 39-11 when Jose Reyes hits a homerun.

So I say the Mets are going to be doing well but Pedro's father passed away yesterday from Cancer,so I think it'll take him a while to get his focus back on baseball.But other than that,everything seems to be going pretty well for them.
