New York: When does it start to get cold?

I live in new york and wanna know which week does it start feeling cold

i want to wear my winter cloths already

Usually around mid to late November. It's still in the 70's by the end of September and October it's in the 60's and 70's and it's usually in the 50's at night. In my opinion that's not cold. But by mid November highs are only in the upper 50's and it's in the 40's at night. I usually start wearing my winter clothes in December where highs are only in the 40's.

depends what you mean by cold.  it may be cool (autumn-like temperatures) as early as mid-september.  in early novemeber, it may feel like winter
