New York or Moscow? Where would you rather work and why?

Just been offered relocation.

New York - at least you will be free to move about the country, not so sure about Russia though.  Plus I think it will be a lot cheaper to live in New York and you will be able to understand the locals!

New York, I dont like Russia. I heard people just go "Missing".

Besides there alot of hot women in America.

going against the grain here I know,but Moscow.I speak reasonably good Russian - enough to get by,and it has as much charm,and history as NY,if not more. I could learn to live with awful traffic jams,especially on Gorky Street and the approaches to Red Square.And the queues -everywhere!! No different to UK there then !!.

And I could spend all day on the metro; the architecture is just amazing.....

Moscow.

You'll be able to see and do so much, and let's face it, where's the fun in always taking the safe/boring choice?

Plus, you can experience a completely different culture.  

The first time I saw the changing of the guard at the Kremlin is a sight I will never forget.
