  1. good point mate

  2. Yes McCullam should not have run out Murali but i agree with the person who said it was murali's own stupidity that caused it.

Seconldy did u ever watch Elliots run out closely? this was never brought up, but Sidebottom DIDNT even run directly to the BALL! He turned at ran into Elliot. This was never brought up by anyone but watch the replay carefully and you will see.

And it was also a match, possible a series riding on it. That was dirty play by England.

  3. Completely different kettle of fish.

    Underarm bowl 10/10

    Elliot Run out    9/10

    Murali Run out  3/10

    IMHO

  4. Where are kiwis complaining about elliots run out now?its over.

& it was more than worst sportsman like than when mccullum ran out murali,in which world are you?there was the match in the hand when elliot got run out after the collision and it was a test match's 1st innings when mccullum ran out murali because of murali's stupidity.

Now you will also say that Ganguly's catch in second test by micheal clarke was also a better sportsmanship.lol

  5. yeah,..good to know that,.and,..kiwis whinging  about Elliot's run out .Lol,..so atlast the Kiwis gets taste of their own medicine, served them right..

  6. The Eliott run out was way out of order, but so was the running out of Murali when congratulating Sangakkara, so yes they don't have a moral high ground on the subject!

  7. I say, that's a bit rough mate. It was bad form on Englands behalf and Vettori had a right to blow his stack. Comparing it to Muralis run out is ridiculous, that was his own fault.

  8. Whole different set of circumstances here mate, Murali's run out was his own fault, as Oracle pointed out. I have never known the Kiwi's to be bad sports & I don't blame Vettori for his stance on this issue.

  9. Yes, but Muralitharan's run out was because of his own stupidity. The ball was still live when he wandered out off his crease without grounding his bat.

Elliott's run out was due to an unavoidable accident.

However, I take your point about New Zealand's lack of sportsmanship towards Muralitharan. They should not have appealed, even though technically they were correct to do so. He wasn't attempting a run, and the New Zealanders should have been more sporting.
