New Zealand Cricket on Thursday named its experienced 14-woman squad to tour Sri Lanka next month to play in the ICC Women's World Twenty20 Championship. Medium fast bowler http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nicola-Jane-Browne-c79480 and all-rounder Sophie Devine have both returned
to bolster the squad at the marquee event.
Browne, the 28-year-old Waikato seamer, debuted for her country ten years ago and went on to play 2 Tests, 108 One Day Internationals and 34 T20 Internationals, before bidding farewell to international cricketer last year in August.
Her tally of 33 T20 wickets is the highest among the Kiwi women of all times. She was the second highest wicket-taker in the previous edition of Women’s World T20, held in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 in 2010, and was declared player of the tournament.

"The recent warm-up series in Sri Lanka was invaluable and we believe this is the squad that will make the best use of the conditions we will come across,” said Stead.
