its been bad but where i live in Auckland we dont get flooding, my Kitty will be sad she loves an out door walk LOL anyway im READY

Bring it on!!! I live in the rural side South Auckland - Hunua. We get flooding, high winds and most of the time no electricity. The past couple of weeks will prepare us for what ever it will bring!!

I am cursing myself for moving from a warm, cosy new apartment in the city to a freezing cold old villa in Newmarket right in the middle of all of this!

In marlborough we had lots of surface and other flooding, trees falling over and all that other jazz in th second storm...the ground is still very damp and have lots of water still flowing in some rivers so this one will be interesting....and over the weekend too! Wahoo!
