  1. All that a vegan means is that you eat no animal products.  You did not eat any so you answer your own question.  Is this ok?

  2. Well, you have eaten vegan so far, but you should eat a little bit healthier. Try eating more fruits and veggies, beans, hummus with pita, ect.

  3. eat what ever you want your not gonna live forever

  4. you're good! lol

  5. Sounds fine to me.

  6. First I would try to find myself a good cookbook just to lay in reference at the beginning its hard to forget that we can become sloppy here and there. We can become Junk food vegans and become malnutrition elements. Some cookbooks you will find looking through them you may have nothing in common with them and the ingredients are hard to find. Yet I have a personal one I like and use often "How it all vegan: Irresistible recipes for an animal -free diet" by Tanya Barnard & Sarah Kramer.

You have a great first start out I would say do lots of research and get totally into it.

  7. Check the ingredients on the cereal, but that sounds jolly good otherwise.

  8. gahhh! that junk will kill you!

go to the market and get som real food! being vegan does not mean you have to eat rubbish!

  9. You didn't go off your vegan diet, but you need much more in a day & definitely more protein...try beans & legumes.

Make sure you're drinking 8 glasses of water/day.

    Good luck
