New battery for Canon SD870 IS?

I would like to get a newer and better battery for my Canon SD870 IS. Are all batteries the same quality and work the same or are some better than others? How would I go about finding the best battery for my camera?

There's not a lot better than the stock battery, but at least you can find them cheaper.  STICK TO A REPUTABLE SELLER!!!  There are more fake batteries out there than fake memory cards and they can cause actual damage to your camera.

The Impact brand battery has just slightly more storage capacity than the Canon battery.  I've had one for about 1½ years and have had no trouble with it.  It seems to perform pretty much the same as the stock battery.  It's close enough that I can't see any difference – except that it's cheaper.
