  1. It depends on what you like, but number one on my list would be Parlee Beach and the Pointe du Chene wharf at Sheciac /Pointe du Chene.  It is an amazing beach, the best north of the Carolinas, and the wharf has had a revitalization in recent years.  You will find amazing seafood in the area, and it is close to Moncton, so you can also visit the city while in the area.

Number 2 would be to take in La Sagouine at Buctouche and to tour that area.

Number 3 would be Acadian Village and King's Landing to see the history of both the French and the english in New Brunswick.

Number 4 would be to drive to the Cape Tormentine area and cross the Confederation Bridge.

Number 5 would be to visit the St. John area, and St. Andrews by the Sea.  In St. John take in the Market at the Convention Centre area and stroll through the downtown.

  2. There's definitely the Bay of Fundy, with some of the highest tides in the world.... Specifically, the Hopewell Rocks are simply gorgeous.

There's "Le village acadien" which runs through summer only, its a replica of an old acadian town of the 1700s I believe, there's animation and everything, even a hotel right there.

There's the Bouctouche dunes, that are beautiful.

Kouchibouguac National Park is also a great place.

"Le pays de la sagouine" is also a great place to visit, but I believe the animation is mostly in french.

There's the whole acadian peninsula that's a great place to visit, with all the boats and everything.
