New budgie parakeet help?

Hey! I got a parakeet last Thursday night and was wondering if any past or present budgie owners have any tips.

My parakeet is a yellowish-greeinsh male.

Tips could include any topics... (bonding, training, how to get to sit on finger, ect.)

I also need a name... suggestions?

You should name him Brazil One thing I learnt about them is leave the cage open and give them free range they will come to you themselves when they are ready
