  1. DEPENDING IF YOU ARE USING A STOCK RADIO OR AN AFTERMARKET ONE. YOU DON'T REALY NEED TO BUY AN AMP FOR THOSE SPEAKERS IF YOU R USING AN AFTERMARKET RADIO BUT WITH AN A 4CHANNEL AMP

IT WOULD MAKE YOUR SPEAKERS SOUND MUCH BETTER . IF YOU R STILL USING A STOCK RADIO, AGAIN YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE AN AMP BUT WITH A STOCK RADIO THE NEW SPEAKERS WOULDN'T SOUND TO GOOD BECAUSE THE STOCK RADIO DON'T HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO PUSH THEM RIGHT.

  2. an amp is not needed but to get the best quality and performance from your new speakers it is highly recommended...but if you can get an in-dash receiver (cd player) that can produce at least 60 watts rms which are very costly. you will be better off with an amp..a good choice would be a 4 channel 400 max watt amp.

  3. An amplifier is only necessary if you want to get the maximum amount of power out of them.  They aren't very hard to install once you get to them, just a positive and negative.  The hard part can be getting to them.
