New cell phone, new Micro SD...Transferring?

I previously had a SAMSUNG D807 for which I had a 512 MB micro SD card. Lots of pictures/videos/songs/ringtones on it.

I just recently bought the LG VU, and purchased a 4GB micro SD card. How do I transfer the stuff from my OLD card to the NEW one?

I tried moving files from the OLD micro SD to the phone, then inserting the NEW one and transferring into the NEW sd card, but the SAMSUNG D807 says something about the SD card not being iserted right. But it works perfectly fine if I insert it into the LG VU.

What's going on?

maybe u should save all the old stuff into u computer and then drag them to ur new card that's wat i did i put in my sd card and right clicked it and i send them to my documents so they can save into my computer
