New child abuse radio psa?

okay, i listen to the radio at night to help me get to sleep. and suddenly this psa came on and scared the c**p outta me! all you heard was this creepy dolls voice saying "its not easy being a doll. its not easy belonging to an abused child either. as you see my arm is all twisted,my dress is all torn and i get yelled at a REAL LOT! my owner is abused but you can hardly tell. i wish i could share my story but the only word i know is "mama." then u just heard a voiceover talking about abuse. i used to plug my ears during commercial breaks but now i don't listen to the radio. please answer if u heard this psa on the radio so i don't feel alone!!!!

whoa creepy... you'd have to find out if it was a nationally sponsored PSA, or if it was produced locally by the station you were listening to.  Find out what child abuse prevention organization it's tied to.
