I just got colored contacted for the first time. They are really thin and bend VERY easily. What is the easiest way to put these in. Also when I put the one in my right eye, sometimes it has a wrinkle in it or something that I have to straighten out (once I do get it in my eye) and later it feels weird, like it has a wrinkle in it, but it doesn't. What is the cause of this? Please help! Thank you so much.

  1. left hand grabs the upper eye lid by the lashes

right index finger has contact on the tip

the right middle and maybe ring finger pull down bottom eye lid.

    use mirror to position contact

once on, move eye all around and blink alot

    repeat

ive had very similar probs when i first got colored contacts. if problem persists, maybe you should look into another brand. also ask your dr if u have astigmatism

takes some practice. biggest thing is gettin over fear of touchin your eye. put patience is a virtue, and being able to put them in and take them is a great reward.
