New desktop pavilion model a6600f will not connect to my internet server (comcast). I can't get your phone support to answer. Waited on hold several times for as much as an hour. After talking with other support groups checking out my modem and router and my comcast support person, it was determined that the ip address on this computer is not compatable with comcast requirements(ipv4-169.254.109.8) The computer will not automatically get new ip settings. Comcast reset my modem but ip will not change. The message I get when I try to connect with comcast is "This computer has limited or no connectivity". Laptop networked with this computer works fine. It has XP operating system. Please respond.Loren Matasek - lmatasek2@comcast.net
