New downloading law on the internet

Question

So what exactly is this whole new downloading law? Do I have to worry about it since I live in Canada? What are the chances of being caught?

Any info would be great, thanks.

il tell you everything i know,..i think your internet providers will give you warning to not downlaod and than if you still do they will block you or somthing i think???-_-...

So long as you're not downloading music and/or movies, I think you'll be fine.

Not familiar w/ any downloading laws, but I think you can download stuff as long as you have downloaded from someone else and not from the direct source it's self!!

i didnt hear of a law so far.

and i think its impossible to get caought if your in your own house.

i mean people download songs illgally everyday i bet even police officiers do it to.
