New employer, I have direct deposit, they are saying the money has went through, but nothing has showed up?

my employer has a statement that shows the money transfered out.. we both have the same bank... but i never recieved any money

Check and make sure they have the correct account number.  If they do, contact the bank and have to to track it down.

Have you checked the account number? Have you contacted the bank? The bank should be able to track it. It's not always immediate. It depends on the bank's system. But definitely check with the bank and ask them to take a look. It could be a simple error.
