i am currently doing jiu-jitsu 3x a week(mon,wed,fri)(just like wrestling)

but every tuesday and thursday i go in the same gym,but this time it is open and i can use the weights, the heavy bag,the jump ropes and use other people to wrestle with.

every open gym i will do as much push-ups i can do with the perfect push up and as much bicep curls as i can do.

after that i will jump rope for 30 minutes non-stop. then just use the remaining time to review my jiu-jitsu moves

and for my diet,i plan on drinking as much water as i can and intake as much protein with the least amount of fat intake. (5-6 small meals.

would this plan help me gain muscle and lose fat??

  1. Woah that's a lot of working out. You will definetly soon notice the fat going and muscle coming.

  2. Yes, but you could just end up burning yourself out!

There are a few good training techniques and fighting fitness exercises that you may consider.

Check out www.combatcoaching.com and follow the links to the fitness sections.

    Hope this helps!!

  3. I agree that you should watch yourself. Don't over train your biceps and pecs but work all muscle groups once a week. Your diet should consist of about 1 pound of protein for every body pound you have about 20 grams fat a day and cut your carbs by about 100 grams a day. This coupled with your exercising should result in fat loss.
