I believe you are saying that when you close the bottom door the top door pops open a bit.  The freezer and refrigerator sections are connected as the cold air from the freezer is ducted to the refrigerator to keep it cold.  So if you slam one door the pressure will open the other door a bit.  If you just let them close as they should when the refrigerator is leveled correctly (leveled side to side but front is higher than rear by a bit) this should not happen.
