Question:

New fringe and parting?

Is there anyway you can "train" your hair to stay parted on the side? Atm I have no real "parting" and I want it to stay to the side but it keeps flipping back to normal.

Also, if you have one of those long side swept fringes, how do you get it to stay put?

  1. You'd have to part your hair the way you want it while it's still wet.

Then use a bobby pin to pin it in place with a tissue between your hair & the bobby pin, this prevents the bobby pin to make a dent in your side bangs.

& when you sleep, try to sleep to the side that your bangs are parted.

Sooner or later, your hair will easily part itself.

It takes time, so be patient.

  2. when I got side bangs or a side fringe, I had to take a bobby pin and pin it until it stayed in the place I want it. Now I have to re-train it because stupid scissors sliped when I trimmed my bangs and cut them to short. Good luck with your hair!

  3. When you go to sleep at night you have to bobby pin it to the side with the amount of hair you want :D
