we put in a new garage floor last year and the concrete came out dark gray in spots, and light in others. So we had it "skim coated". During the winter the skim coat cracked and actually came up in several places. What process can be used to repair? Would a new coat of skim coat over the old be advisable? Would clear epoxy paint over that be advisable? The skim coating was sealed with some kind of a spray. I was told you can't epoxy over a concrete sealer. HELP. sallou
